William is survived by his partner of 10 years Angela Douglas; his father Robert (Nola) Clark; his sons Zachery, Caleb, and Aidan Clark; his sister Cheryl Elkins; his brothers Robert Jr (Tammy) Clark and Cory Clark; his stepbrother Michael Cook; his two grandchildren; his special nephew and fishing buddy Kristopher; and several other nieces and nephews.
